My early education in movement and alignment began with gymnastics and many years of practicing dance. When I found yoga, I felt a deep sense of affinity and belonging in the practice. After becoming a yoga teacher in 2012, I taught for many years, further deepening my knowledge of the body and how it moves.

 

I fell in love with bodywork at a Thai Massage immersion program held by The Sunshine Network in a remote village in Thailand. Mesmerized by the gracefulness and healing effects of the practice, I went on to study Thai Massage with The Triple Gem School of Thai Massage and my studies with expert teacher Jennifer Yarro continue to this day.

 

I graduated from East West College of The Healing Arts in Portland, OR in 2015, completing a comprehensive 800-hour massage therapy program, specializing in deep tissue massage. Since that time, I have been refining my massage skills and gaining invaluable experience with a diverse range of clients, both in clinics and in my private massage practice.  

 

I currently reside in the majestic Ojai Valley with my husband and daughter where I run my own private massage practice.
